I’m back! After a long hia­tus from my online ram­blings, I have decided its time to update the world on what I have been up to for the last few months.



This spring was unusu­ally busy. Since my last post in Feb­ru­ary, I have started my own busi­ness, spent many hours shop­ping for my first house and acquir­ing a mort­gage (4.99% !!!).



I have taken up rock climb­ing (again), started wak­ing up predawn (some­times) and learned how to wake­board (kinda).



I closed on my house today and I just got back from a great Memo­r­ial Day lake trip (pho­tos are here). I will post more on the trip and the house later.
